SUMMARY:Sharp Pins
LOCATION:Toekomstmuziek\, Danzigerbocht 29\, 1013 AM Amsterdam
GEO:52.396704;4.875716
DESCRIPTION:Sharp Pins is the lo-fi pop project of Kai Slater\, also known
as the frontman of garage band Lifeguard. Whilst Lifeguard forges a path t
hrough rougher terrain\, Slater’s solo work takes a more jangly directio
n\, full of sweet love songs and melodies that seem to have strayed from t
he 1960s. Since his debut in 2025\, he has now released three albums. An i
mpressive pace\, even for someone who clearly doesn’t like sitting still
