By using OnlyHere ("the Service") you agree to these terms. The Service is a London-events discovery app provided as-is. We do not guarantee that any listed event will take place, be accurately priced, or have availability.
You may use the Service anonymously. If you sign in with Apple, Google, or email, you are responsible for the security of that identity. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (spam, scraping, etc.).
Event listings come from third-party sources (e.g. Skiddle, Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Bandsintown, Eventbrite, Dice, Time Out, Resident Advisor, TodayTix, Official London Theatre, Visit London, DesignMyNight, Secret London, Londonist). We do not warrant the accuracy of any listing. Ticket purchases are made directly with the event provider — we are not a ticket vendor.
You agree not to attempt to scrape, mirror, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the Service. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyHere is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
