LOCATION:Melkweg\, Lijnbaansgracht 234A\, 1017 PH Amsterdam
GEO:52.3647;4.8813
DESCRIPTION:NAPA began as a group of friends making music in a basement on
Madeira Island\, where their bond grew stronger. Their sound blends influe
nces from Arctic Monkeys\, Red Hot Chili Peppers\, The Beatles\, and Brazi
lian artists like Caetano Veloso and Tom Jobim. Through YouTube\, their mu
sic reached a wider audience. They eventually switched from English to the
ir native language and moved from a basement to a professional studio. In
2019\, they recorded their debut album Senso Comum\, which gained recognit
ion for its melodic and melancholic character. Their second album\, Logo S
e Vê (2023)\, marked a more mature and experimental phase\, featuring gre
ater complexity and diverse musical textures. In 2024\, NAPA toured Portug
al for the first time\, performing sold-out shows across the country. They
ended the year with the concert film O Mundo Continua a Girar\, recorded
at Teatro Maria Matos. In 2025\, the band rose to national prominence with
' Deslocado' \, winning the Festival da Canção and representing Portuga
l at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. In 2026\, they continued their mome
ntum with major concerts and new music on the way.\n\nDetails en tickets:
