DESCRIPTION:12FU\, DIY FEST and Pretty Ugly team up to organize this abso
lute rager in OCCII.\n\nPYREX - New York\nThis is bad music for bad people
in the best way possible. Absolutely recommended.\nCreeping elements of p
ost-punk claw through the wreckage\, but it’s all too snotty and punk-fo
rward to fit too neatly into that box. Noisy\, effects-laden instruments a
re in service of the overall sound\, propping it up rather than masking de
ficiencies. Energetic one-two beats burst out of motorik grooves\, and rif
fs twist in unusual ways\n\nURIN - Berlin\nFrom Berlin\, but with members
from all over the place (just like Berlin itself\, right?)\nTheir sound is
unique and they were able to find their space sonically\, as they sound u
nlike any other bands that come to mind. Maybe the best way to describe it
is a modern version of GAI\, but it still is not enough to get the whole
picture\, so just go crazy.\n\nGIMIC - Bristol\nI have no other way to des
cribe this other than post-post-punk. It’s like if you took BOW WOW WOW
and threw them into a vat of toxic waste. Dance-y enough to groove to\, wh
ile simultaneously being manic enough to have a complete and total meltdow
n in the pit. Guitar and bass are clean with a little bit of distorted twa
ng. Very natural and classic.\n\nTRAUMATIZER - Haarlem\nLocal heroes! Exce
llent riffs\, excellent drumming\, and excellent vocals\, what more could
you ask for? For fans of ANTI-CIMEX\, SACRILEGE\, and MOTÖRHEAD\, this on
 e’s a no-brainer.\n\nCome to OCCII for this total banger.\nDoors at 8!\n
