SUMMARY:KAGAMI
LOCATION:Paradiso\, Weteringschans 6-8\, 1017 SG Amsterdam
GEO:52.362278;4.883945
DESCRIPTION:KAGAMI began with a shared love of 1980s Japanese city pop. The
Dutch duo create cosmic funk in which live instruments and synthesisers c
omplement one another. They draw inspiration from the electronic funk of D
aft Punk and the interplay of the Japanese jazz-fusion band Casiopea. On t
heir 2025 EP ‘TIME MACHINE’\, you can also hear their penchant for Ita
lo-disco and Brazilian pop. The melodies are reminiscent of the 1980s\, wi
th the danceable beats of the French Touch. When performing live\, the pai
r further tweak their tracks using a vocoder and DJing\, turning them into
  a continuous dance set.\n\nDetails en tickets: https://onlyhere.app/nl/am
