SUMMARY:Workshop: Stories from the wound
LOCATION:Podium Mozaïek\, Bos en Lommerweg 191\, 1055 DT Amsterdam
GEO:52.380077;4.854134
DESCRIPTION:learn how to find beauty in pain In order for the pearl to beco
me the beauty that it is\, it has to undergo an interesting process. It al
l starts with a grain of sand that enters a shell of a mollusk. It creates
a wound. And in the darkness of the ocean\, the irritation\, the pain of
that wound\, slowly transforms into a beautiful pearl. In this workshop\,
we will take a close look at a painful memory - a wound in one’s life -
and in a safe environment we will learn how that can lead to the creation
of a precious story. This workshop is recommended for people with previous
storytelling experience. You don’t have to be a professional\, but it s
houldn’t be your first time telling a story either. * Bio * Raphael Roda
