Originally from Mainland China\, he is a master of spices and flavours. He'll be presenting to you his signature fusion of Chinese and southeast Asian inspired dishes. Enjoy dishes like Spicy Chicken Baos\, Prawn Grapefruit Salad\, Dong Po Rou(东坡肉)\,Mapo Tofu... finishing off with Extra Burnt Basque Cheese Cake. Prepare to meet other likeminded foodies as you'll be dining family-style\, sharing food with other guests. A warm welcome friendly atmosphere awaits. A great opportunity to meet people of all ages\, from all walks of life. This event is BYOB - bring your own drinks for the evening. Glasses and table water provided.
