to play an in-store set.Marking their first new material of 2026\, Alien
Chicks are back with a glorious new EP 'Toys Taken At Birth' - available o
n CD as well as gloriously limited glow in the dark vinyl (strictly limite
d to 500 copies ever in this version)\, with recent standout Live EP 'Live
At The Windmill' included on the B Side.‘Toys Taken at Birth’ is abou
t the injustice that leaves some people with everything and some with noth
ing. Power doesn’t present itself cleanly\; it leaks through spectacle a
nd symbolism - flags appearing overnight on high streets\, headlines flipp
ing within hours\, slogans that feel less like belief and more like contro
l tactics nobody agreed to. Even everyday life starts to feel slightly rep
urposed\, like familiar things have been quietly reassigned for a differen
t agenda. The songs on the EP sit inside that pressure rather than observin
g it. They move through frustration\, satire and escalation\, where author
ity gets exaggerated into something almost grotesque\, but still recognisa
bly real. Language starts to buckle under...\n\nDetails and tickets: https
