DESCRIPTION:Announcing the COLDFIRE Festival to promote the power of the arts and sport to improve wellbeing of young people At a time of growing concern for the health and future of young people\, the PACE Foundation presents the sixth COLDFIRE Festival at Wennington Green E3 5BS on 4th July\, between 12pm and 8pm. In partnership with Morpeth School Bethnal Green\, Beale school Dagenham. Hackney Quest and Morningside Youth groups. The festival will host a range of creative and sporting workshops\, and providing a platform for young people to perform and be heard. As well as open mic sessions\, live bands\, DJ and spoken word performances\, there will be fit box\, graffiti and art workshops\, Pilates & meditation sessions. Organisations taking part include Papyrus\, and the Listening Place which will host a drop-in listening service with experienced counsellors. ‘Being part of the Coldfire Festival this year was a wonderful opportunity for the Public Health Team to connect directly with residents in a relaxed and fun environment.
