DESCRIPTION:Cuddles for Troubles is a new act\, new material night\, meaning we have a mix of acts from all across the circuit. We feature pro comics\, who will be doing a mix of trying out new material and showcasing their best routines\, as well as newer acts\, who are just starting out on the circuit. PLEASE NOTE: Free tickets do NOT guarantee entry. They are for your reference\, and to let us figure out how many audience members to expect\, but they are not a reservation. It's very rare we have to turn people away as we have standing space at the back of the room\, but to ensure you get a seat\, please try to arrive on time. The last Friday of every odd numbered month i.e. January\, March\, May\, etc is "alternative night"\, meaning rather than the usual stand-up\, we showcase a mix of character comedians\, improvisers\, musical comics\, sketch groups\, clowns\, and also stand-ups who want to try something a bit unusual. These are usually our craziest and most memorable nights\, but are not recommended for people who are looking for a more conventional evening of stand-up. For 2023\, these will be Jan 30th\, March 31st\, May 26th\, July 28th\, September 29th\, November 24th.
