DESCRIPTION:These sessions are open to everyone who aligns with the ethos of Feminist Welding Club\, with priority given to those who identify as women\, transgender\, non-binary\, and genderqueer.\n\nThrough technical guidance\, small exercises\, experimentation and play\, participants will have the chance to explore TIG and MIG welding techniques\, and build confidence in working with metal.\n\nGuided by our tutor\, Steph Linn\, this session is designed to build your confidence in metalworking in a safe\, fun and encouraging environment.\n\nThis session is inspired by our ongoing collaboration with Feminist Welding Club - founded and delivered by Anna Zimmermann - which offers welcoming spaces to those who often face barriers in male-dominated crafts such as welding.
