DESCRIPTION:Each Tuesday evening\, the Court of King Richard gathers for a contest of wit\, memory and remarkably confident guesswork. His Majesty takes proceedings very seriously. Fortunately\, Pete the quizmaster does not. Expect clever questions\, audio rounds\, pictures and the occasional challenge that asks you to think a little differently. A £75 bar tab awaits the victorious challengers\, runners-up earn free entry the following week\, and the generous awarding of bonus points means no team is ever truly out of the contest. Even those finishing second from last are rewarded with a bottle of wine\, because His Majesty insists that morale must be maintained. Whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth\, there's always room at the King's table. Entry is £3 per person. Teams of up to six. The Court convenes every Tuesday at 7.30pm. Your seat awaits.
