We’ll be cooking fine fish over the Big Green Egg\, allowing the natural flavours of the ingredients to shine through with gentle wood-fired smoke and expert charcoal grilling. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with a selection of chilled rosés\, chosen to complement the delicate flavours of the seafood - from crisp\, refreshing styles with bright citrus notes to elegant\, dry rosés with a beautifully balanced finish. Enjoy an afternoon of seasonal cooking\, beautiful wines\, and a laid-back garden atmosphere. A celebration of craftsmanship\, simplicity\, and the pleasures of a long Bank Holiday weekend.
