In celebration of Solstice, marking the longest day of the year, this workshop will teach us about the power of plants and invites an intuitive experience with herbs, guided by your own curiosity and instinct. You will begin with a blind tasting of two carefully chosen herbs, being guided through the tasting notes whilst being encouraged to dive into your intuition and imagination. All thoughts and observations are welcomed. You will then be introduced to the qualities of each herb and how they can be used, bringing together both your intuitive experience and a grounded understanding of their nature. You can also make your very own herb bundle to take home with you, a small but meaningful token of the reminder of how valuable our relationship with plant medicine is. No prior knowledge of herbs is needed and all materials are provided. This workshop is especially welcoming to those who are curious about the natural world, plant medicine, or simply looking for a grounded and nourishing experience.
