**About the Event:** Join us at Morocco Bound Wandsworth for an evening of exploration as we discuss ***Folklore, Metamorphosis + the Making of the Self*** through the lens of three exciting debuts from **Phil Melanson, Rebecca Tamás and Emily McBride**. The evening will consist of a panel hosted by Morocco Bound where we speak to the three authors individually and collectively about their newly released books. We will delve into myth, ritual and whimsy as we explore secret desires, enchanted histories and the creation of identity in alternate worlds. This will be followed by an audience Q+A and book signings from all three authors. **About the Authors + Books:** **Phil Melanson** is the author of *Florenzer,* longlisted for the Center for Fiction First Novel Prize. He lives in London and lectures in film and television. **Rebecca Tamás** is a poet and nonfiction writer. Her first poetry collection, *WITCH* (2019), was a Guardian, Times, Telegraph, Paris Review and Radio 4 Book of the Year, and a Poetry Book Society Recommendation.
