Fusing our most popular cookery classes of Italian, Italian pasta-making and our classic Fish and Seafood cooking course, we created Sicilian Seafood. Get to grips with seafood preparation, and how to make delicious, inspiring dishes from the favourite Italian Seafood classics to the more traditional Sicilian fare. As with all our Italian classes, we love a good dessert, this finishing treat is deceptively simple but oh-so-moreish.
