Mothership - The Wages of Sin IV Dead Planet You are part of a rag-tag group of bounty hunters, based out of the notorious criminal haven of Prospero’s Dream. Your quest for credits takes you far beyond the system that you have grown to call home. One day, jumping between the stars in hyperspace, you are unexpectedly awoken from your cryosleep by the ship’s android. Looking groggily out of the window you behold a massive rocky planet, ringed with hundreds of dead ships - all seemingly locked in orbit… This is a pair of linked games of Mothership; a retro-futuristic sci-fi horror game (think Alien and Aliens) taking place on the 13th and 27th of August . No prior knowledge of the game is required to play and it’s quick to pick up; d100 roll-under, with a small number of stats and skills. The main thing required is a willingness to throw yourself into an 80s horror movie! PLEASE NOTE: Your ticket will get you access to both sessions, as these are meant to be experienced together. These two games will follow an integrated storyline. PRE-GENS PROVIDED?: No - we’ll roll up characters in game 1. You can play as an Android, Marine, Scientist or Teamster, carrying over your character into future games (if you survive). If you played in the series before, you can bring your previous character. CONTENT WARNINGS: Restraint, paralysis, parasites, agoraphobia, claustrophobia, loss of player agency, memory loss PLEASE NOTE: This session will begin promptly at 6:30PM. If you arrive later than this, we may not be able to seat you at a table. When you arrive, please head to the bar in the Apothecary to check in! We suggest arriving 15 minutes before the ticketed start time to ensure you have time to grab a drink and settle in.
