The Black Eel's hosting a fundraiser for AKT, the charity supporting LGBTQ+ young people at risk of or experiencing homelessness. It's one of the only organisations doing this work at a national scale, and it runs on funds like these. Your night out becomes something tangible, direct support for young people who need it.
Queer venues and nightlife spaces that funnel money back into community care are rare. When they do it, they're worth showing up for. Prizes on the night too.
