Roald Dahl's The Enormous Crocodile reaches the stage as a puppet adaptation with original music. It's the story of a crocodile with a very particular appetite, and the jungle creatures determined to stop him. The show has teeth (literally and figuratively), mixing humour with the darker edge Dahl's best work carries.
Built with proper puppetry and set design by a creative team that clearly understands how to make theatre work for families, it's the kind of show that doesn't talk down to younger audiences. Worth catching if you want something with character and a bit of theatrical craft.
