Celebrate World Cyanotype Day by creating your own unique sun print using one of photography's oldest processes. Join artist Marina Longo (Marina Cyanotypes) for a relaxed drop-in workshop and create your own unique cyanotype print to take home. Designed for complete beginners and anyone curious about alternative photography, this hands-on experience offers a simple introduction to the beautiful art of printing with light. Using pre-coated A6 cyanotype paper, you'll create a composition from a selection of botanicals and other objects before exposing it to sunlight or UV light. Your print will then be developed in water, revealing the characteristic deep blue image that makes cyanotype so distinctive. Every print is unique, making each one a personal record of a single moment. Each session lasts approximately 10–15 minutes, making it easy to drop in and enjoy the process at your own pace. No previous experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
