11 No.1 Street: Pub in Greenwich, London

No.1 Street in Woolwich programmes art and cultural events with genuine range. You'll find summits and talks alongside experimental performances, children's activity events, and circus. Education, play, participation, spectacle: the space treats them as equally valid forms of art. There's no house style. The venue doesn't cater to one fixed audience or follow a predictable pattern from month to month. You might attend an educational summit one month and a participatory circus event the next. That eclecticism is intentional. It's what keeps the space open to different kinds of artistic work and different kinds of people. Check what's on to see what works for you.
