Basing House: Pub in Shoreditch, London

Basing House sits in E2, and its programming leans towards club and live music. Much of it is built around sound: underground and bass-led series, nights shaped by a set rather than a seat. Tribute acts and themed parties turn up too, so the mix is looser than a single scene. The crowd tends to come for the music. You'll see regulars who know the promoters by name, next to people trying a series for the first time. It suits anyone who likes a night where the sound sets the tone. If you want the inside line, pick the night before you pick the room. The lineup and the crowd say more than the building does. The list below shows what's coming up.
