Eltham Palace and Gardens is an outdoor venue in SE9, and it suits the seasons. The programme leans into the calendar. Expect spooky storytelling when the nights draw in, and festive fairs and family days once the cold sets in. It suits families and anyone who likes an outing with a bit of theatre to it. The crowd tends to be relaxed and local, the kind who know the grounds and come back for the seasonal events. Outdoor means the weather matters. Check the forecast and dress for it, especially in the colder months. A warm layer is never wasted here. The list below shows what is on. The character of the place stays the same.
