Higham Hill Library is a community library in E17, and it runs like one. Much of what happens here is aimed at people who live nearby and come back often. The programming leans towards families. Story and rhyme sessions suit the youngest children, stay and play time gives parents and toddlers a place to settle, and craft sessions keep older kids busy. Adults have their own corners too, with a chess club and a puzzle club for people who like a regular, low-key routine. That mix shapes the crowd. You will see parents with small children, school-age kids, and regulars who have been coming for years. You do not need any experience to join in.
