Isokon Gallery in NW3 programs exhibitions about design, architecture and how built forms connect to broader history and politics. The shows tend to be intellectually serious, connecting objects and spaces to cultural movements across decades and continents. You'll find work exploring what chairs, buildings and material systems reveal about ideology and social change. This is the kind of space where form is never just aesthetics. It draws people interested in design history who want to understand the politics embedded in how things are built and made.
