Kew Gardens is an outdoor venue in Richmond that programs seasonal experiences and family entertainment. It hosts festive events throughout the year, from Halloween transformations to Christmas celebrations and children's performances. You come for specific events, not just to wander. The crowd is mixed: families with kids, groups looking for something different, people who return for the same occasions year on year. Expect theatrical staging, immersive setups, and programming that takes full advantage of the outdoor setting. It's straightforward, accessible fun rather than anything experimental or niche.
