King's Cross

1 upcoming event

King's Cross is a place for art you can actually take home. The programming leans towards illustration and independent makers, the kind of fair where the person selling the print is often the one who drew it. If you like looking closely, this is a good place to start. Expect tables and shelves full of small work made by hand. Stalls are often run by the people who made the work, so questions are welcome. The crowd tends to be a mix of local art lovers, first-time collectors and people looking for a present that feels personal. Nobody needs the jargon. Bring some curiosity and a bit of time to wander.
