Mall Tavern: Pub in Notting Hill, London

The Mall Tavern is a London venue in W8 that sits somewhere between an art space and a proper pub. Expect a mix. Quiz nights are part of what it hosts, so you can have a drink, test yourself against friends, and still come away with an eye for something new. Art-led nights make up the other half. It suits people who like an evening that is social before it is formal. Bring a group for a quiz. Go on your own if you like a room that talks to you without trying too hard. Before you book, read what the night actually involves. A quiz and an art night ask for very different things from you, so the listing tells you more than the venue name does.
