St Paul’s Cathedral St Paul's Churchyard London

City of London

St Paul's Cathedral in EC4M is a place for ideas more than crowds. The programming leans toward talks and conversations, where a journalist or broadcaster sits down and takes questions and the room is there to listen. You get people who want an argument worked through, not shouted at. The building does a lot of the work. A cathedral sets a different tone from a club or a gallery, and the events here suit anyone who likes things quieter and more deliberate. Come for the thinking. Bring a question, because these conversations reward people who listen as much as they talk.
