The Curtains Up: Pub in Hammersmith and Fulham, London

The Curtains Up is an arts venue in W14, and it doesn't stick to one kind of night. Comedy shows sit alongside quiz nights, and community events like charity coffee mornings share the same calendar. That mix tells you most of what you need to know. The room suits people who like a bit of variety, whether they came for a show, a quiz with friends, or a small celebration. Private birthdays and group get-togethers fit in easily too. If you want a place where the programme shifts from one month to the next and the mood stays relaxed, this is the kind of venue worth getting to know. Check the list below for what's on, and expect a space that works for more than one kind of crowd.
