The Fox is a place for live music and a regular quiz. It sits in the E8 postcode, and the programming follows a steady pattern. Bands play through the week, with live music on Saturdays as the weekend anchor. Pub quizzes run on Mondays and Thursdays, so the room fills with teams who come back for the same night every week. That mix says a lot about the crowd. You get people who came for a set and stayed, and people who came for the quiz and found a band afterwards. It suits a night out where you want something to listen to and something to join in. If you are picking one, start with the format. Live bands are the louder, shared version.
