The Space is an art venue in E14, and its programme has a clear character. Live performance runs through it. Piano recitals sit alongside seasonal shows, so the room moves between quiet, close listening and something lighter and more playful. That mix suits people who like to hear things properly. Go for the music if you want to sit near the performer and notice the detail. Go for the seasonal work if you want something bright, a bit theatrical, and shared with an audience who came for the same reason. If you're looking for art spaces in London, this one is worth knowing for its focus on live work. The easiest way to choose an evening is to think about the kind of night you want.
