The White Horse: Pub in Peckham, London

The White Horse in SE15 runs on live music and people who come to play. Open mic nights, jazz jams and live sessions set the tone. You get musicians trying new material, regulars who know how the night works, and listeners who came for the sound. Expect a crowd that cares more about the music than being seen. Some nights feel loose and exploratory. Others centre on one act and stay focused. The room suits anyone who likes hearing things happen live, close up, without much fuss. If you want to hear where local sounds are heading, this is a good place to start. Try the sessions first. Then stay for whoever turns up next.
