About
Thee Marloes come from Surabaya with Perak, a debut album on Big Crown that mixes vintage soul with jazz and pop. Expect Natassya Sianturi's vocals over warm organ and tight rhythms, and a live set that's far more striking than a record alone. At £20, it suits anyone who likes soul played by a band that's only just getting started.
