GMO-Special Menu

This Museum Night, Mediamatic's concept topic, GMO, enters the kitchen at TestTafel . For one night, our chefs are developing a snack menu that makes a commentary on genetically modified ingredients, turning a subject usually discussed through science, regulation and controversy into something you can actually taste. Each snack or drink made for the occasion complements one of the works on display that evening. These bites will be modified to make up a 5- and 3-course menu served at TestTafel the week following the event.
