Museumnacht 2026

During Museumnacht, Melkweg Expo is dedicated to mental health. In a world shaped by constant stimulation, pressure to perform, and an always-online culture, we invite you to take a moment to pause. To look, feel, connect, and engage with others in a way that goes beyond the surface. You can also visit our neighbours at ODE Binnenstad for food, drinks, and music by YUSU Selectors. Discover the full programme below. The Museumnacht programme takes place within No Need To Pretend , an exhibition that brings together visual art, youth culture, and mental health. The exhibition features work by recently graduated artists from Dutch art academies. The selection was made in collaboration with youth ambassadors from the MIND Us Foundation and guest curator Cathelijne Blok. The youth ambassodors will be present during Museumnacht and ready to give you a tour of the exhibition. This evening is made possible with the support of Fonds21.
