Muse

The British band Muse returns to the Ziggo Dome as part The Wow! Signal Europe Tour on Sunday the 29th and Monday the 30th of November 2026! In 2000, they followed in the musical footsteps of Radiohead. Muse achieved success with albums such as Origin Of Symmetry and Absolution. The music and visuals Muse has released to date gradually reveal the universe of The Wow! Signal. The name of their new album refers to one of the most intriguing cosmic mysteries of the past century: a powerful 72-second radio signal burst observed in 1977 that appeared to originate from the constellation Sagittarius. The astronomer who discovered this anomaly circled the now-iconic string “6EQUJ5” at the time and wrote “WOW!” next to it on the printout. In doing so, he gave the signal its name and secured it a lasting place in both scientific history and popular culture. The new album features themes such as extraterrestrial communication, technological unrest, existential wonder, and humanity's search for meaning in an increasingly disrupted and alienated world.
