Lewisham

This is where you go if you actually want to understand how art works. The programming sits firmly in critical and contextual study, pulling in practitioners, students, and people genuinely curious about the thinking and discourse behind the work. Sessions are discussion-based and hands-on, not passive observation. Art gets treated as something to think through and argue about, not just to look at. The crowd that shows up tends to be engaged on an intellectual level, serious about artistic practice and critical ideas. It's the kind of space where rigorous thinking about art is the actual point. Located on Deptford High Street.
