Backyard Comedy Club is a room for stand-up. Its programming leans on evening comedy, with nights across the middle and end of the week. If you want a venue built around jokes first, this is the kind of place to look for. The crowd tends to come for the comedy. People book a particular night rather than drifting in to see what is on. That gives the room a focused feel, where the audience is there to listen. Pick your night with some care. The line-up changes from one evening to the next, so the listings below are the best guide.
