Big Belly Bar & Comedy Club London: Pub in Southwark

Big Belly is a comedy club first and a bar second. Stand-up is the point, and the programme is built around it. Expect comedy most of the working week, from Tuesday through Friday, so you can pick a midweek night that suits you or make Friday the one with a group. The room suits people who came to hear a set, not just to be seen. It is a bar with a stage rather than a theatre, so the night feels relaxed rather than formal. Go for the material, stay for the crowd, and you will have a good time. The live list below shows what is coming up in SE1.
