Dumps Adventure Playground

Dumps Adventure Playground is the kind of place locals tend to know about first. It's built around play, so expect a space that trusts children to take a bit of risk and work things out for themselves. The programming leans community. Gatherings here usually bring together neighbours, local families and people who come back again and again, rather than a crowd passing through for one night. If you're picking an event, think about who it's for. Most of what happens at a place like this suits families with younger children, and grown-ups who enjoy watching kids build, climb and make things up as they go. Go in with an open mind and a bit of patience.
