Egg is listed as a food venue in N7, but its calendar tells a different story. The programme leans towards club nights. You will find house and techno, drum and bass, UK garage and afrohouse, with latin house, reggaeton and R&B sitting alongside. That mix says the room is built for dancing more than sitting down. Pick by sound first. If one scene pulls you, look for the nights that focus on it. The in-house presentations are a good place to start. They set the tone. Some nights run heavy on bass and speed. Others move into Latin and Afro rhythms and feel looser. Expect a crowd that has come to dance. Arrive early if you want space to move. Later, the room fills and the energy rises.
