Farr's Dalston is a live music and dancing venue in Dalston. It programmes swing dancing, jazz, weekend DJs, and quiz nights. The crowd comes for different reasons but stays for the social energy that runs through the place. You're not watching from the side. You're part of the night. Some come to dance, others to listen or quiz. Weekends carry most of the programming and draw the bigger crowds. The mix of live music and DJ nights draws people who want participation rather than passive observation. It's an art-focused space, so the emphasis is on what happens live. The nights vary in tone and intensity. Some are lively and full, others quieter and more intimate.
