Landmark Arts Centre in Teddington runs programming across art and community events, not trying to be just one thing. You'll find seasonal art fairs and exhibitions, beer festivals, and the kind of mixed schedule that draws locals and art-focused people into the same room. It works because the space doesn't pretend to be precious about what it is. Art anchors the programme, but it's not the only story. The approach is clear from what happens: not narrow, not precious, built around what people in Teddington actually want to show up for. That's the kind of venue worth paying attention to.
