Museum of the Home in Shoreditch does exactly what it says. Programming pulls the heritage crowd, people drawn to how homes and objects used to be made, and also events thinking through what home means now, identity and all. Family programming happens here, and it's considered. You get an audience that genuinely cares about domestic culture: objects, interiors, how they shape life. Not a quiet exhibition space. The kind of place where an evening thinking about how we actually live goes somewhere worth your time.
