Romney Road shows art with a real idea behind it. Not decoration for walls, but exhibitions that are thinking through something meaningful. Memory, remembrance, what we're obliged to remember and reckon with. You're looking at work that wants to genuinely engage you, not just sit there looking good. It's the kind of venue for people who come to art expecting it to actually do something, to mean something real. The programming is conceptually sharp and clearly intentional. Located in SE10. If you want art that's trying to say something rather than just look nice, this is definitely worth your time.
