Serpentine North Gallery shows contemporary art. Exhibitions are free to visit. They pair with Saturday talks that bring in people who genuinely know the work, not just promotional chat. The programming tends toward conceptual pieces that ask something real of you, the kind of thing that stays with you after you leave. It's in W2, central London, so you can slip in between other things easily enough. But when you're there, you're there for the art and the thinking around it. The gallery runs on that exchange: work on the walls, conversation that helps you see it properly. That's what it does.
