Tate Britain

Millbank

5 upcoming events

Tate Britain focuses on twentieth-century and contemporary British art. The exhibitions range from deep dives into individual artists to wider surveys of movements and periods. You'll find modernist works, thematic shows that connect art across several decades, and investigations into questions of culture and identity. Some exhibitions focus closely on a single artist or moment. Others trace connections across traditions and time periods. The Millbank location carries particular weight. It's somewhere that asks you to settle in for proper time rather than a quick pass through. The kind of space where you can actually think about what you're looking at.
