The Thieves: Pub in Wandsworth, London

The Thieves is a food venue in SW11, and the food is the reason to start here. The music is the second reason people stay. Expect karaoke with a live band, where the room sings along and nobody needs to be good at it. It suits groups who like a bit of noise with their dinner. Friends, colleagues, a birthday table that wants to be the loudest one in the room. If you want a quiet catch-up, this probably isn't the table for it. The place works best when the evening is a bit looser and less planned. The best nights here are the ones where you forget you were meant to be sensible. Bring someone who sings badly and doesn't care.
