Vardaxoglou Gallery

Vardaxoglou Gallery is an art space in W1D 3AS, and it is the kind of room you go into to slow down. Art here is shown in a focused way, with work given room to be looked at properly rather than passed through on the way somewhere else. The programme tends to centre on individual artists and their practice. You won't find a crowd-pleasing survey of everything. You'll find a point of view, and a chance to sit with it. Go in without a plan to see everything. Pick one piece and stay with it for a while. That is usually where the room opens up.
